OBE-AAS (as a service) is a cloud based management system which facilitates Institutions to manage quality of education using Outcome Based Education (OBE) Methodology
Creation and maintenance of framework couldn't have been made more easier! Create as many frameworks as you want! Each department can have one or more than one framework simultaneously.
The basic building blocks of the OBE framework are PEOs,PLOs and CLOs. We provide you with the flexibility of defining standard set of these building blocks and then simply use them within your framework(s).
At the end of the day, all this process is about how the students are assessed and marked. Our system is here to provide you a complete solution by providing the OBE transcript after the student has taken all the courses within his/her framework
For each semester, HOD assigns courses to the relevant teachers, after this, each teacher can view the current courses assigned to them in their profile. From here, they can create evaluations and rubrics for their respective courses, enter their marks and view CLO report for each course.
When the teacher logs into their profile, the can view all the courses and create their evalutions. They can map each question with any CLO of that course. They can then enter CLO-wise marks for each evaluation.
The admin for each department can add teachers and students data in the system. The admin for each department is chosen by HOD. The students and teachers data can be uploaded in bulk using excel file.
